Decent

It was a pretty good value for money. And we had to ask for a few things from the owner which she kindly helped. It's a good place to stay if you are traveling as a group. It was 10€ per person for us. Nice experience and hope she keeps doing what she does

As you can expect it's what you get for money, don't expect fancy anything. Everything does the job. Building is a bit old and elevators aren't going to be what you get in EU.

Amazing apartment, better than expected.

Huge apartment for a group of people on a amazing location in the city center. The apartment had everything we needed. Thank you Maja for the warm welcome.

The only advice is to check on the shower, the temperature of the water was tough to regulate.

NIce apartment a few steps from Skopje city center

Great location a stone's throw from the Diamond Mall and 10 minutes walking from Piazza Macedonia in Skopje city centre. Quick and easy check in thanks to Maja's helpful directions. The apartment is very nice and spacious with a large car park in front which was very helpful.

This is the second time of my flat rental. Also this was the best flat that I rent in Skopje.

Superb

The owner is very friendly and polite. She welcome the guest with drinks and snake. The kitchen facilities and laundry was awsome. The house is very clean, comfy with decorations.

We visited during the summer. Unfotunately both bedrooms have no aircondition. Only utilised the living room air-conditions.

Great location, huge trendy apartment

The apartment is bright and has a great layout. Bedrooms are large. Bathroom is very spacious. The location of this apartment is great, close to amenities and tourist sites. I would stay here again.

I can not fault this apartment, it was better than we expected, beautifully furnished, and felt like home.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The location is also very good with safe parking. Good value for money.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and one of the bedrooms was above the local cafe that had quite loud music till midnight or longer ( it was Friday and the party was on! :) ). Anyhow, this is not a minus neither to the host nor to location. It is just good to note.

Good location, 10 mins walk to Old Bazar, modern interior, very kind owner.

Modern interior design, owner provided a lot of extras (snacks, water, alcoholic drinks, chocolate), helped with useful information. She was very kind.

It was a bit troublesome to adjust the water temperature in the shower, but still manageable.

Mobilya evin kullanımı gayet iyiydi. Eve çok rahat ulaştık ve sorunsuz girdik.

Mutfak yaplıydı herşeyi yıkayarak kullandık. Nevresimler temizdi ama yastık ve yatakta saç ter kokusu çok yoğundu. Makinada yıkayıp kuruttuk kullandık.

Konforlu ve merkezi bir daire

Dairenin konumu oldukça merkezi. Çarşı taraflarına yaklaşık 20 dk yürüme mesafesinde bulunuyor. Ev sahibi giriş için tüm gerekli talimatları rezervasyon tarihinizden bir gün önce gönderiyor ve daireye hiçbir sorun olmadan giriş yapabiliyorsunuz. Bazı yorumlarda binanın önündeki otoparka ücret ödendiği yazılmış ancak daire sahibi size otopark kartı veriyor ve o kart ile bir ücret ödemek zorunda kalmıyorsunuz. Sadece daireye girip kartı almanız lazım. Bu yüzden arabanızı dışarıda uygun bir yere kısa süreliğine bırakıp kartı aldıktan sonra otoparka ücretsiz giriş yapabilirsiniz. Temizlik konusunda da hiçbir sıkıntı yoktu. Daire oldukça temizdi. Gittiğimiz gün Üsküp oldukça soğuktu ama merkezi ısıtmadan dolayı hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Tekrar gelirsek yine ilk tercihlerimizden biri olur.

Evin geniş olmasını çok beğendik. Durak eve çok yakın oradan 57 numaralı otobüse bindiğinizde şehir merkezine rahatlıkla geçebiliyorsunuz. Ev sahibiyle yüz yüze görüşmedik, bir gün önceden bana evin konumunu nasıl gireceğimi ödemeyi her şeyi detaylı gönderdi. Ne zaman mesaj atsam geri dönüş sağladı çok kibar bir hanımefendiydi. Evin temizliği gayet yeterliydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla burada konaklayabilirsiniz. İki kişi için ev büyük gelecektir ama yine de tercih edilebilir. Ev sahibine teşekkür ediyoruz. :) Binada asansör var.

Kapı çok zor kitleniyor o konuda bir şeyler yapılabilir. Ama problem değil.

Odličan apartman u centru Skoplja!

Apartman je zaista prostran, funkcionalan i odlično opremljen. Na sjajnoj je lokaciji (blizu je sve što je potrebno) i ima parking sto je jako važno za ovaj deo Skoplja. Kreveti su extra udobni (sto je posebno važno ako svraćate na pauzu u dužem outovanju). Domaćica Maja je za primer...sve lepo objasnila i pokazala da nismo imali nikakvih briga. Odličan odnos cene i kvaliteta!

Nije nam se dopalo što stan nije bio čist..tačnije bio je daleko od onoga što smo očekivali na osnovu pročitanih ocena ovog smeštaja u delu koji se tiče čistoće. A s obzirom da smo bili sa bebom i malim detetom ovo nam je posebno važno...zato i pišem ovo i zato ovakva ocena.

Evi bulmak icin gönderilen konum haritada yanlış işaretlenmişti, evi zor bulduk.Ev çok kirliydi. Oğlum elindeki elmayı yere düşürdü. Yere baktığımda koltukların altında eski şişe ve tozlar vardı.Yatak odasında yatak ile duvar arasında pislikler vardı. Mutfak cekmecesinde böcekli çay kutuları vardı. Buzdolabinda eski misafirlerden yiyecekler kalmıştı.
