Very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed for our week stay. Very comfortable beds

Communication was easy and efficient- responses to questions were very quick. The house was clean and spacious. The children loved the themed rooms. Access to the compound clubhouses is included with the rental and the kids loved the water slides and lazy river. House was close to shops and a great variety of restaurants in Champion's Gate area.

Small pool was very cold and heating costs $35 extra each day with a minimum of 2 days needed. I'm don't think this information was shared prior to booking. The clubhouses service a huge number of houses in the area, so they were incredibly busy. They also have a strict no outside food and drink policy, which is understandable, but then charge astronomical prices inside: $10 for fountain pop, $17+ for adult drinks. The traffic in the area and moving towards the theme parks and airport is very heavy, no matter the time of day. We spent 45 minutes to 1 hour+ in the car each way every time we left the compound. While the house and management are great, we will likely look for a better location and quieter amenities next time.

A casa é boa, mas a escada muito íngreme.. Tinha um quarto de casal embaixo, que foi ótimo, pois subir e descer as escadas seria muito cansativo Piscina muito pequena, vizinhos barulhentos com crianças gritando .... Área da piscina precisa urgente de uma boa limpeza... No mais, correu tudo bem, porém esperava mais em função das análises dos hospedes

Champions Gate eh longe, e hoje tem muito engarrafamento .....

The stove didn’t work at first because it wasn’t properly installed. The WiFi gave us problems on a rainy day.
