Perfect location, short walk over the dunes to the beach, less than 5 mins walk to the amazing bakery and 2 pubs/bars and small amusement arcade. Great outdoor setup of hot tub, outdoor shower & toilet, bbq, table and chairs for al fresco dining, mini fridge freezer and stereo too! Kids loved it! We were a family of 7 (3 generations) and there was plenty of sleeping space, comfy beds, and lots of wardrobe/ hanging space in the rooms too. The outdoor bathroom really helped with the busy morning/evening bathroom rush as only one bathroom inside. Only 6 dining chairs but was fine for us as kids happy to stand for the one meal we all had together, otherwise we ate outside or.on the beach etc. Lovely welcome hamper - very appreciated! Great having the conservatory and sepetate lounge area too. Well stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, plenty of towels etc

Minor criticism- the fridge in the kitchen is only small but at least there was some extra space in the outdoor fridge for drinks etc. The shower dials all seemed to be in the wrong place so just beware at first, but no problem once all set up.
