The host Paolo is very friendly and has explained everything we needed in details, especially regarding the check in. You don't have to worry about toiletries and iron :D (we used those the most, as we traveled only with hand luggage). There's air-condition, so you don't have to worry about being hot or cold. The apartment is at the best location just 2 blocks away from Termine station and 10-15min walk from Colosseum and the historic city center. You have everything you need nearby, cafes, supermarkets and restaurants.
Nothing to dislike. One pillow was just a bit thin, but that's just a personal preference.

Alojamiento bien ubicado, a cinco minutos de la estación de Termini , a 200 metros de Santa María la Mayor y fácil para llegar al resto de momentos. El apartamento súper bien equipado y limpio.

logement très bien situé près de la gare de Termini. Très bien desservi par les bus, métros et tramways Commerces à proximité Monuments accessibles rapidement Communication en anglais facile via WhatsApp Wifi fonctionnait parfaitement
Il faudrait réaliser quelques aménagements dans le logement pour qu'il soit presque parfait. Prévoir des étagères accessibles pour y déposer les affaires Le lit pourrait être changé Les robinets détartrés L'ancien chauffe-eau retiré Le réfrigérateur dégivré Dommage également qu'il ne soit pas possible de laisser les bagages jusqu'au départ de l'avion
