Cannes Marina, T3 vue Mer, Piscine, By Palmazur

Very spacious, good connection to Cannes (bus “A”), very clean and great swimming pool.

Not a lot to be honest everything was very good.

L'appartement est spacieux, en particulier le salon qui donne accès à un long balcon. L'appartement est traversant ce qui permet d'avoir de beau courant d'air, en tant de canicule et pour éviter l'abus de climatisation. Le Auchan est proche et accessible à pied. L'équipe nous a aidé sur plusieurs points comme avoir un second jeu de clé et un second ventilateur.

Une des chambres n'a pas la climatisation. On aurait apprécié un kit d'accueil mais au vu du nombre de personnes et la durée du séjour il nous fallait notre propre stock de produits tels que papiers toilettes, liquide vaisselle, produit lave linge et lave vaisselle, etc.

Spectacular views of the marina from both the front and back terraces, plus gorgeous mountain views. The apartment was completely renovated and modern, with big windows and comfortable contemporary furnishings. Large TV. Hosts left a small welcome packet with dishwasher soap and some sweets, plus shampoo and lotion in the bathrooms. The complex itself is convenient to a large grocery store and some onsite restaurants, and you can stroll to the beach. The host also arranged for a car to pick us up from our digs in Nice and to take us to the airport after our wonderful stay, for a reasonable fee. The car drivers handled the key drop off and pick up. I would happily book this place again.

The restaurants at the foot of the complex had live music some days, and even though we were on the 11th floor, it was disruptive--though they didn't play too long into the evening. You also can hear road noise.

Prestations moyennes surtout au niveau de la propreté matelas sales surtout au niveau du fauteuil du séjour climatisation qui n est pas nettoyée Cuisine avec des joints noirs etc…..
