MATEO’S HOUSE - CALPE COSTA BLANCA - IMPERIAL PARK

Estuvimos super biem, el apartamento muy bonito, muy nuevo, muy comodo y muy bien equipado y muy limpio, no le falta detalle. Tambien tiene unas vistas increibles.

Por poner una pega, el complejo le faltan servicios, las piscinas bien, perp solo hay una cafeteria y no ofrecen comida. Tiene muchos locales cerrados que se podrian aprovechar y darle mas vida al complejo que es muy chulo.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment in Imperial Park, Calpe. What impressed us the most was the stunning panoramic view of the sea and the town, which made the large terrace a perfect place to relax. The apartment is beautifully renovated, modern, bright, and very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, and everything was spotlessly clean — bed linen, towels, utensils, dishes, and the entire apartment. The cleanliness was truly exemplary, and the apartment also had a very pleasant smell. The sofa bed was new and very comfortable, and the bed in the bedroom had a very comfortable mattress. The terrace is spacious and well furnished, with very useful outdoor furniture and an electric retractable awning. The apartment also has air conditioning for both heating and cooling, TVs in both rooms, and Netflix, and an excellent internet connection, which allowed me to work online without any problems. This made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, communication was very easy, and collecting the keys was very straightforward. We also had a parking space available. The complex itself is lovely and has 7 swimming pools suitable for all ages. Overall, the atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. We would highly recommend this apartment and would be very happy to return.

There was nothing we disliked. It is only worth mentioning that Imperial Park is located higher up, away from the beach and the town centre, so having a car is very useful. This was not a problem for us, especially as a parking space was available.

Wat een geweldig mooi en goed verzorgd appartement. Uitzicht niet te geloven zo mooi. Appartement voorzien van alles en zo mooi schoon gemaakt en verzorgd.
