The house itself was comfortable and beautiful. The hosts were responsive and friendly.
The neighborhood is loud, and disruptive. A neighbor stole the trash can and we had to get it back. There was rubbish everywhere on the walk to the beach. There was fighting neighbors late at night. My children are grown and I’m from Chicago so, it was tolerable for us. It is not someplace I’d want small children. This was all outside of the host’s control. But this neighborhood is why the booking is a 7 not a 10.
