Appartement très confortable et cosy. Nous nous y sommes senti très bien. Très bien placé et dans une ruelle calme et à proximité de tout (commerces, métros….). Il est très propre et fonctionnel. Immeuble calme

De locatie was top. Een vrij rustige buurt (behalve de bouwwerkzaamheden maar ja, dat is tijdelijk, helaas net pech voor ons). Maar lekker kunnen slapen en toch dicht bij Parijs en makkelijk overal naar toe kunnen reizen met de metro.
Overlast door bouwwerkzaamheden. Rokende buren waardoor het raam niet altijd open kon en het sneller benauwd werd. De lampen waren erg fel, wij houden zelf van warm licht. En voor 5 personen was de bank te klein dus we konden niet allemaal even chillen in de avond op de bank.
