This was a great stay. The neighborhood is residential, quiet, clean and safe. It's just a few minutes' walk to the metro, and about half an hour to the main attractions. The room is cozy, the bed is very comfortable, and there's a small balcony. The kitchen is excellent, fully equipped with dishes and seasonings, even soy sauce. The host also thoughtfully provided a free mini bar. The instructions for getting the keys, opening the door, taking out the trash, and using the TV were all very clear. The host is very nice and speaks Chinese, which made communication so easy.

I feel like home at the place. The bed and bathroom was comfy I could easily cook or microwave things at kitchen. I also do laundry at place after half of the trip. The location, even though a little bit far from Paris but very close to ORY, Metro and supermarkets nearby. The staff was really helpful. I asked a few questions about the place before arrival and she? almost immediately answered the question. The instructions to the place and to use the TV is nice too. Additionally, I forgot my tax free receipt so I ask the staff and I got a picture of barcode too. I don’t think I could afford these super nice service in this price anywhere else ^^

Some parts of the route from metro to the place are narrow and secluded, should not walk alone late. Air conditioning is a portable air conditioning one in living room while the bedroom had tower fan. Luckily the weather was nice 24-28 C when I visited the place.
