The property, the location ( direct access to the beach, few steps) and the view is stunning , just take the sea shoes, wakeup early to enjoy the sunrise and dont miss the sunset :)

Our stay at Meneou House by the Sea was absolutely wonderful and truly one of the highlights of our trip to Cyprus. The house was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel at home. But what made it really special was the location — being so close to the sea and waking up to that peaceful atmosphere every day was incredible.
We were traveling as a family with different ages and needs, and the house worked perfectly for everyone. It gave us plenty of space to relax, spend time together, and enjoy Cyprus without ever feeling crowded. We loved being able to have slow mornings, enjoy the water, and come back to a quiet, private place at the end of the day.
Everything about our stay felt easy and relaxing, which is exactly what you hope for on vacation. Meneou has such a peaceful, authentic feel, while still being convenient to Larnaca and everything we wanted to do. We made some really special family memories here, and leaving was genuinely hard!

The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The towels were soft and smelt fresh. The house was modern and the aircon was good. Plenty of different garden chairs and loungers. The location was on a lovely quiet beach.
The WiFi was quite poor/slow and could do with a boost.

We just left this wonderful house and are already thinking when to go back! We loved that the beach was right there and it was so peaceful. The outside shower was a huge plus. The kitchen and living area was a perfect size. The bathroom was nice and clean. The balconies in each room had beautiful views. It is perfect to wake up with a cup of coffee and have it out on that gorgeous balcony! We also loved the sunrise in the mornings, what a spectacular view!! The moon also came out from the sea every night and was beautiful. We will be back many times! We stayed at a lot of places in Cyprus and I can confidently say that this was best place I’ve ever stayed at in Cyprus for ultimate relaxation!
Nothing, everything was great! We didn’t want to leave!
