الإيجابيات: 1. الموقع والنظافة: موقع السكن ممتاز جداً، والمكان يتميز بالنظافة العالية. 2. إجراءات الدخول: عملية تسجيل الدخول كانت سريعة وسلسة للغاية. 3. تفاصيل الشقة: الشقة نظيفة وواسعة (تتكون من غرفتين وصالة)، ومجهزة بـمرافق ممتازة مثل غسالة ملابس وحمامين، مما يجعلها مناسبة جداً للعائلات. Pros: 1. ​Location & Cleanliness: The location is excellent, and the property is highly characterized by its cleanliness. 2. ​Check-in Process: The check-in process was exceptionally fast and smooth. 3. ​Apartment Details: The apartment was clean and spacious (consisting of two bedrooms and a living room) and equipped with great amenities, including a washing machine and two bathrooms, making it highly suitable for families.

السلبيات والتحديات: 1. ​التكييف (المشكلة الأكبر): تجربة المكيفات كانت سيئة جداً؛ فبدلاً من توفير الراحة، كانت تًصدر أصواتاً عالية ومزعجة للغاية تمنع من النوم بشكل مريح. 2. ​مستوى الخدمة والتعامل: يفتقر بعض العاملين إلى أساسيات فن خدمة العملاء؛ حيث لوحظ التعامل بعبوس وعدم رضا عند طلب مستلزمات أساسية (مثل المناشف الإضافية وعلب المحارم الورقية). 3. ​مخدات النوم: المخدات المتوفرة غير مريحة للكثير من الناس (يتم توفير قطعتين من النوع السميك لكل شخص، وكان من الأفضل توفير قطعة سميكة وأخرى خفيفة لتناسب مختلف الرغبات). 4. ​مرافق الملابس: المكواة التي تم توفيرها بناءً على الطلب كانت بحالة سيئة جداً، حيث احتوت على بعض الكسور وكانت متسخة (سوداء) من الأسفل. Cons & Challenges: 1. ​Air Conditioning (The Biggest Issue): The AC experience was terrible. Instead of providing comfort, the units made extremely loud and annoying noises that made it nearly impossible to sleep comfortably. 2. ​Service Quality & Staff Attitude: Some staff members lack the basic skills of customer service; they showed a frowning attitude and visible discontent when asked for basic amenities (such as extra towels and tissue boxes). 3.​Bed Pillows: The provided pillows were uncomfortable for many people (two thick pillows were provided per person, whereas it would have been much better to offer one thick and one thin pillow to suit different preferences). ​Ironing Facilities: The clothes iron provided upon request was in very poor condition, as it had some cracks and was stained black on the bottom.
