Luxury Apartments Velic Brodarica

Geräumiges und voll ausgestattetes Appartement (Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Fön,..). Auch die Terrasse und der „Garten“ bieten genug Platz für Strandsachen, Wäscheständer oder zB Dachbox. Strand (weitläufig), Bäckerei, Mini-Shop, Restaurant sind in 5 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur via Booking war unkompliziert und es wurde schnell geantwortet; wir konnten sogar 2h früher einchecken. Beim Parkplatz vorm Haus am besten im Retourgang reinfahren, da er etwas beengt ist, wenn schon andere Autos drinnen stehen. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft!

Die Betten könnten härter sein (zumindest für unser Befinden). Es wäre gut, wenn es noch einen 2. Hausschlüssel gäbe, da man sich leicht aussperren kann (ist den Urlaubern über uns passiert). Das Haus liegt an einer (tagsüber) relativ stark befahrenen Straße (Magistrala); dessen waren wir uns aber bei der Buchung bewusst.

The property was very clean, close to the beach and supermarkets. The air conditioning worked well and communication with host was easy. The shutters and blinds also were great, keeping the sound and heat out. It was also nice to have access to a grill outside which had all the tools you needed.

For luxury price, some amenities could have been available. Some things felt a bit incomplete, empty tea boxes and coffee jars. There were no spices or salt in the jars. Also the WiFi was slow and sometimes didn’t work. Also the water boiler seemed to be on a timer and sometimes there was no hot water. The road outside the apartment is also busy. Overall we had a nice stay.

The property was beautifully finished with all the amenities a luxury stay could need.

The second washroom had a very strong smell (like sewage) that we couldn’t seem to clear, and we went able to use the second washroom - thank goodness we had another. The shower towels were a bit small, but we appreciated having towels available to us.
