Hot Tub especially. Over all we liked the whole place.

The house was exceptionally clean and the hot tub was fantastic had most things you would need for a few days away very good location for Oxford and the games supplied were good
The hot tub was cold on Friday night when we arrived which was very disappointing as the whole reason for booking was for the hot tub so unfortunately couldn’t use it Friday evening which quite annoying but Roo did come out very quickly and assured us it would be fine next day
Which it was but still felt very disappointed not being able to use first night
Couple of things no dishcloth in the kitchen and really think you need some placements and coasters for the dining table

The hot tub wasn’t hot enough to be able to use.

Lots of space for a large group. Rooms clean and tidy.
Plenty of crockery etc to use.
There was a Tesco shopping trolley in the front garden. The garden could do with being maintained, some weeding and tidying up would make it a lot more appealing to use.
