- Nova zgrada i apartman, sve moderno i vrlo čisto - Izuzetno uslužan domaćin, uvek na raspolaganju - Odlična lokacija, u mirnom kraju uz reku, van centra ali ne mnogo daleko - lepa šetnja uz reku
- Apartman je na de facto 5. spratu (oni to zovu 3. sprat) bez lifta, tako da nije jednostavno popeti se ni za ljude u kondiciji - Sve ostalo bilo je odlično: Kome ovo penjanje ne smeta, smeštaj za svaku preporuku!

La posizione della struttura.
La biancheria scadente (corta e rotta) L'asciugamani machiati Il sedile del water non pulito da tempo come si deve In cucina manca la tovaglia o tovagliette , la carta di cucina e tovaglioli Unico tegame aveva la parte interna rovinata Tappeto machiato (sporco) Il parche con grandi parti rovinate ; sporco Nel appartamento forte aria del fumo (sigarette) ormai penetrato ovunque Piano rotollo e scale interne sporche CE TANTO DA IMPARARE COS'È RICEVIMENTO !!!
