Good location, walking distance from the center, but also close to tram stop. Free parking in the area is also a plus. The apartment has everything you need for long and short stay. The communication with the host and the instructions for the keys were very smooth and clear.
A bit of minor renovation would make it even nicer.

Location is good. Clean apartment.
Bed is not very comfortabel. It took a while to understand how to get in, so make sure you call the owner and get good instructions, in French.
