Apartment was ok, however, hospitality and cleanliness were awful
lockbox was convenient for late hours (little to no effect since we were given the wrong code anyway), the apartment itself was well made, just poorly maintained. air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher helped. owner brought us a baby cot, despite it not being included. Even so, after requesting a mattress for said cot, I was asked if I paid for this service or if the concierge told me I could receive a cot, the latter being the case, I answered as such. even if we did get help, we were made to feel as if we were being done a favor.
we were redirected to a concierge service rep for the property that had given us all the details to access the property, they were, however, wrong (lockbox code was not correct). we called both the concierge and the owner over and over again for almost an hour, this was happening around 2 AM in the middle of the night, while waiting outside, in the car, with an 8 month old to get access to the property. we notified them that we'd arrive late. the apartment was not cleaned before we came, there were cobwebs, the floor was not clean, bathroom still had some packaging from cosmetic products in it, it smelled as if someone had smoked in the living room. we had requested the appartment to be cleaned up on Saturday, however, it only happened 2 days later.

bon emplacement ,au calme et a proximité de très beaux villages et domaines viticoles
le clic clac faisant office de canapé est incomfortable et défectueux. concernant le lit,le sommier a lattes n'est pas fixé en tete de lit et certaines lattes bougent.

Propriétaire peu agréable
Cette location n'est pas la bonne ,2 heures avant la remise des clés nous appris que cette location était déjà occupée.A ce moment il nous est proposé de déménager 2 fois.Nous avons refusé et a près 2h de discussion depuis notre voiture nous avons du accepter un autre appartement ( sous équipé)pour le séjour entier ( très désagréable après 700 km)

Remarques mineures : Poignée de la porte de la chambre à revisser. Suggestion : un récipient poubelle pour les recyclables

Très bon séjour
Très bon séjour de quelques jours Le logement est moderne et Indépendant situé bas de villa Très propre , tv connecté , clim ...volet roulant Une place pour se garer devant Terrasse extérieure très sympa face à la nature L'environnement est calme et reposant , pas loin de l'autoroute et le village à 3 minutes. Le lit est grand et très confortable 😊 Vraiment très bien !!
Aucunes réponses du propriétaire sur des questions de base sur le logement et modalités d'arrivée depuis plus d'un mois avant le sejour. J'ai été mise en relation avec Carole qui a été très attentive et reactive .Merci Carole 😉 Le lit du salon n'est pas très confortable
