Central location for amenities but also quiet area during the evenings. Garage an added bonus as parking spaces can sometimes be hard to find.
A parasol on the terrace would beneficial, especially in today's higher temperatures, this would allow more daytime use of the terrace.

Maudantis duše paskutinėmis dienomis buvo toks mažas vandens slėgis, kad buvo neįmanoma net nusiprausti, vanduo praktiškai nebėgo

best equipped apartment I've ever seen - and I've seen lot (even a spare sewing/repair kit!! :) very supportive and communicative host - BOW and KUDOS :) garage in Malta - priceless nice terrace w/view quiet neighbors lots of restaurants in 3-5 min walking distance
a MINOR thing that might be improved - a handover of garage key/remote; one needs to go to up to apartment to collect the key and then back to car - this requires parking the car... likely nearby, which might be tricky
