La gentillesse et disponibilité de Carmen! La chambre à coucher sublime! La localisation parfaite, en plein centre mais au calme.

Proximité du centre historique de Dijon, chambre atypique, déco sympa, calme du logement…

Salle de bain exiguë, pas ventilée, abords du logement pas très avenants, odeurs d’égouts, petite fuite d’eau…

We arrived at 9pm, we left our luggage at the accommodation then went out for dinner. When we returned and used the bathroom for the first time we realised that the floors had not been cleaned and also the shower basin was showing many pubic hairs etc, clearly the bathroom had been forgotten on that day! As far as we are concerned, one of the most important things when traveling is a clean bathroom! We made contact with the host in the morning and she didn't deal with situation very well. She simply said we should have contacted her immediately, we thought that 11.30 pm maybe too late for her to react accordingly and we were both exhausted. Sadly this did not create a positive impression to what could have been a pleasant stay.
