Objekt ima svo potrebno posuđe, mikrovalnu, začine, ulje.. udoban mekan krevet i kauč. Do plaže ima 10min hoda i prolazi se ispod magistralne ceste, što je super. Ispred objekta je stol sa stolcima i tendom te stalak za sušiti veš. Klima dobro hladi. Preuzimanje ključeva i komunikacija su bili dobri.

Nema ledenice. Nema zavjesa na prozorima. Nema tepiha u kupaonici ni kuhinjske krpe u kuhinji. Nije dovoljno dobro očisćeno- u više kutova pauci; stolac u kuhinji je bio cijeli masan sa šljokicama. Nismo bili prijavljeni turističkoj zajedinici. U tušu je loš nagib za odvod vode, pa je tuširanje moralo biti kratko i pažljivo. Apartman izgleda moderno uređeno, ali se vidi da je sklepan brzinski i amaterski.
