La casa es muy acogedora. He encontrado todo lo que necesitaba y el sofá cama era muy cómodo, he dormido muy bien las 5 noches que me he quedado :) Además, la comunicación con la host ha sido puntual y ella muy amable.

The apartment is located in a very peaceful area of Ciudad Real, close to the local university and there is a nice park nearby. It is equipped with dishes, cutlery, pans and a washing machine. There is not a bed, but a sofa that can become a bed. The bath is comfortable and the shower works well.
If you travel for an institution, which requires a valid invoice as confirmation of your stay, be prepared. The host can provide you with just a handwritten receipt, not an online invoice (she thought that a photo of such receipt could supply...), nor a tax code (código fiscal, NIF, or DNI).

El estudio es pequeño, pero no le falta de nada y es tremendamente acogedor. Y la ubicación, aunque lejos del centro, es una ventaja: hay aparcamiento de sobra, es una zona tranquila y hay parques en los alrededores (yo viajo con mascota).
Se oye mucho a los vecinos...pero es lo normal en todas partes, me temo.
