We loved being away from the noise of Dewey's main drag. The rental's open layout meant no one missed anything unless they wanted to. And the the street's only beach traffic was renters or owners.
There were a few minor maintenance issues that we notified the agent about earlier. They were so minor that they won't keep us from renting this property for years to come!

The location and access to the beach was excellent.
The house smelled musty and the downstairs area was damp.

The location of the house was very close to the beach....great. The house was large enough, comfortable, and clean.
The only downside is the price, this pertains to all rentals. I guess it's just sticker shock..inflation.
