Excelente localização e, apesar de ser uma acomodação pequena, atende bem as expectativas.
Cozinha completa, mesa para home office e cama confortável. Vista linda!
Fui caminhando até o Allianz Parque.
Edifício novo, moderno e com muitas comodidades como mini mercado e estacionamento no local gratuito.
A roupa de cama não foi trocada. Era visível que foi apenas esticada o que passa a impressão de falta de limpeza.
O sofá e a mesa lateral precisam de uma reforma pois estão com os pés “bambos”…

ESSE APARTAMENTO EM ESPECIFICO PRECISA DE UMA MANUTENÇÃO PELO MENOS A CADA 40- 60 DIAS ,AS PIAS DE COZINHA E BANHEIRO ESTAVMA ENTUPIDAS / SIFAO SUJO DE MUITO USO ,BANHEIRO FICOU ESCURO POIS UMA DAS LAMPADAS NAO FUNCIONAVA ,TOALHAS UM POUCO SURRADAS PELO USO , NAO HAVIA LIMPEZA DIARIA ,TINHA O LENÇOL DA CAMA ...MAS NAO O DE SE COBRIR
