Nileos House

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. It's well equipped, and the host is super responsive and kind. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything. The bedroom window sits right at street level, so you occasionally hear people walking by, but it isn't loud enough to be disruptive. Besides, we were already prepared for that after reading previous reviews.

Great location- 15 min walk to the Acropolis and Monastiraki. Lots of lovely restaurants around too. The unit itself was well-appointed with an outside area, lounge, small kitchen and fridge. The shower was great, with complementary shampoo & conditioner. The owner communicated with me before and after the stay, relaying important check-in and check-out instructions. They made the extra effort to get the unit ready for early check-in, which I appreciated. The area is not overly busy or noisy, so even though the window faced the street we were not bothered by noise.

Perfect apartment. High standard of facilities. Great location. Walked to everything. Great communication from hosts.

Would have loved a washing machine but hey, you can’t have everything!

The location was absolutely perfect! The apartment is situated in a lovely neighborhood, within walking distance of most of Athens' main attractions and everything you could possibly need. The apartment itself was very easy to find, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We honestly couldn't have asked for more! We would also like to extend a special thank you to our wonderful hosts, who were incredibly accommodating and provided clear, detailed instructions that made everything so easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended!
