Heritage, unik dan bisa untuk keluarga besar. Ada 3 kamar, 1 kamar ukuran super king (muat ber3), 2 kamar queen size. Ada ruang keluarga yang bisa untuk kumpul-kumpul, atau yoga. Perlengkapan seperti kompor, piring, mangkok dan sendok garpu ada, kalau misal mau masak indomie. Tersedia parkiran mobil. Jarak ke kota tidak terlalu jauh, kurang lebih 30-40 menit. Hawanya sejuk, ga perlu AC. Kamar mandi bersih, ada water heater.
Kompornya sudah perlu diganti karena agak susah untuk nyala gas nya, perlu cetek berkali kali. Beberapa bagian bagunan sudah kena rayap, perlu di re-maintenance. Tidak tersedia amenities. Colokan listrik kurang.
