The owner was very decent and helpful. Communication was easy from day one. The chalet was very clean and the view was very nice from the terrace.
There were a lot of stairs which was difficult for my parents with back and heart problems.

From the moment we booked, the communication with the owner was outstanding. She was incredibly responsive, clear, and helpful, making the entire process seamless. Her respect and professionalism were evident in every interaction, which we greatly appreciated.
Upon arrival, we were delighted to find the place spotlessly clean, incredibly well-prepared, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The hospitality extended to us was warm and genuine, adding a lovely personal touch to our visit.

The outdoor space in the balcony areas is great for a big family & has a nice breeze. The owner is easy & a very courteous person. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Chalet was extremely clean full of facilities.
