Bardzo dobry kontakt z Valerio przez WhatsApp. Interesuje się przebiegiem pobytu, podaje pinezki do przydatnych miejsc - restauracji, barów. W lodówce woda, piwo, wino. Kuchnia wyposażona - ekspres na kapsułki, herbaty, naczynia, noże, garnki, patelnia, itp., ręczniki papierowe i serwetki. Duża łazienka - płyny, suszarka do włosów, szlafroki. Duży apartament z balkonami w małym bloku, klimatyzatory. Nieoceniony walor we Włoszech - przypisany do bloku parking samochodowy za bramą zamykaną na pilota (na wyposażeniu). Przy ulicy - większy sklep spożywczy, pizzeria, piekarnia, hurtownia ze świeżymi owocami morza, restauracja, przystanek autobusowy - nr 4 dojeżdża w okolice Dworca Centralnego (ok. 15 min.). Dzielnica oddalona od centrum, ale blisko wjazdu na drogę szybkiego ruchu w okolice Ostuni i in. miejscowości, co dla nas było wygodne, gdyż zwiedzaliśmy całą Apulię.
Mieszkanie dosyć ciemne, usytuowane na północ, w lecie to raczej walor- chyba jest chłodno. W czasie pobytu w maju odczuwaliśmy chłód. Goście pokoju usytuowanego po stronie kuchni i łazienki odczuwali dyskomfort z powodu niemal codziennego hałasu ok. 5-tej rano, wynikającego z przyjazdu i załadunku śmieciarki.
