Very close to the sea.
Smell of cigarettes in the rooms. Kitchen bearly usable, old, cabinets not closing, frindge oven rusty.... Tiles around the pool were very slippy, could not walk without slippers. Outdoor furniture old screws falling off... Gym area, Seriously??? No shop around, no taxi, no restaurant, very small shop 3km away and if you need to go without the car you would have to walk on the main road
