We liked most things.
We had two issues. The single bunk downstairs had quite a bit of hair on the sheets - obviously not changed. We only used to sleep on top. shower/laundry room smelled strongly of urine. Presumably people are urinating on boards in shower.

Great location - easy walk into the town. Large spacious house with all facilities should you need them. Car port for two cars.
Both bathrooms were downstairs - one bathroom was an add on which you accessed through one of the bedrooms.
