Lokalizacja bardzo blisko centrum. Spacerkiem można dojść do rynku. Lokal rewelacyjny.

Podobało nam się położenie mieszkania. Skrótem obok krzyża to 15 minut do Bramy Opatowskiej na piechotę. Choć powrót ze starówki nieco pod górkę. Wyposażenie super, jak w mieszkaniu, niczego nie brakowało. Wygodne łóżko. Klimatyzacja. Parking ogólnodostępny, ale sporo wolnych miejsc. Cicho i spokojnie. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Skosy poddasza, dla wysokich trochę utrudniają poruszanie się. Zimna łazienka, (jesienią) przed sezonem grzewczym. Trochę za mała muszla klozetowa, przynajmniej dla mężczyzn 😉
