The location very near to UTAR and WIS, clean apartment with nice view.
Smell of cleaning detergent upon arrival, we have to open the windows to get rid of the smell. There is also some difficulty in using the shower.

Bad smells in the room.
Water heater malfunction, has to reset when each times open
Not recommended if more than 1 day trip stay.
