The host was very friendly, the bed is very soft and comfortable.
The apartment was adequate for a short stay, but there were a few issues that affected our experience. Most of the blinds in the bedroom were missing, making it difficult to keep the room dark at night due to a streetlight directly outside. We also couldn't get hot water from either the shower or the sink, and a few items, such as the paint, the furniture and basics like the toilet paper holders were in need of maintenance.
I think these points would be worth mentioning in the listing so guests know what to expect before arriving. With some basic maintenance and a price that better reflects the current condition of the apartment, the overall experience would be more in line with expectations.
