Casa Natura Playa Lisa

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Natura. The check-in process was very easy, and everything was ready exactly when they said it would be. The location is excellent, just a one-minute walk from the beach. Although it's a bit farther from the town center, that wasn't an issue for us at all. The neighborhood has everything you might need: supermarkets, a bakery, cafés, beach bars, restaurants, a pharmacy... everything was within easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped, so we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It also has a large terrace and a small balcony. We especially loved the terrace, where we spent most of our time relaxing and having our meals. The separate laundry room was another great feature and proved to be very practical for a family with small kids. If we come back to Santa Pola, there's a very good chance we'll choose this accommodation again :)

The only things we would mention as areas for improvement are the Wi-Fi and the cooling options. The Wi-Fi connection was quite weak, even when we were close to the router. It wasn't a major inconvenience for us, as we mainly used it to stream cartoons for the kids, make video calls with our family, and send a few photos, but it was noticeably slow, and we often had to switch to our mobile data. We were aware before booking that the apartment doesn't have air conditioning, so that wasn't a surprise. However, it might be worth considering some additional cooling options, as during particularly hot and humid nights, it could be difficult to cool down and get a good night's sleep.

L'emplacement est génial à quelques mètres d'une très belle plage de sable , où on peut nager jouer ou faire de la marche , plein de terrasses et restaurants pour se détendre ou manger , quartier très calme la nuit , nous avons profiter de belles nuits de sommeil, literie propre et confortable , appartement très propre , wifi rapide , interlocuteur très aimable et disponible à tout moment, nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille nous y reviendrons sûrement

Lokalizacja apartamentu była wygodna - blisko plaży i deptaka. Wyposażenie kuchni było dobre - mikrofala, piekarnik, duża lodówka, kuchenka. Mieliśmy pralkę. Każdy pokój miał wentylator. Dzieci miały swoje sypialnie i nikt nie musiał spać na kanapie. Mieliśmy miejsce parkingowe bezpośrednio pod domem. Na tarasie było dużo miejsca i można było na tarasie jeść.

WiFi w obiekcie było bardzo słabe: (1) nie sięgało do każdego pokoju, (2) nawet koło routera działało bardzo wolno. Wydaje mi się, że to router GSM z bardzo niskim limitem danym. Apartament nie ma widoku na morze. Pralka zepsuła się przy drugim praniu (prawdopodobnie zużycie łożyska). Okno w łazience nie dawało się otworzyć co było bardzo uciążliwe ze względu na brak innej wentylacji. Spotkaliśmy też w przedpokoju dużego karalucha.

Very good place near the beach and small shops. Just walking distance.

The only thing i didn’t like is there is no air conditioning in the apartment.
