Skvelá poloha, pekný, čistý a modernejší byt.
Malý výťah - vôjde sa len malý kočík.

Byt je v super lokalitě, par metru od náměstí , hezky zařízen, jednoduše ale účelně. Všude je blízko pěšky. Byt ma parkování na soukromém parkovišti kousek od bytu.
Doplnila bych v kuchyni poklici na pánev ať při vaření není zašpinený celý sporák a možná toaster. A občas zkontrolovat skladované potraviny.

Trpezlivost a ochota majitela bytu kt bol na telefone a napriek tomu ze mi poslal vcasnu a jasnu instrukciu ako sa dostat do bytu, ktoru som si zial neprecitala a miesto toho mu hned volala, bol velmi mily a trpezlivo mi pomohol na dialku sa dostat do bytu. Vzdy si cenim milych ludi a dobru komunikaciu
