安くて広くて静か。蒜山からも遠くない。掃除、メンテナンスもしっかりされている。必要なものは揃っている。

家そのものはかなり古い普通の民家。

広々として、裏には、小川が流れており、エアコンがなくても、夜間、ねむれた。

分かりにくい。 鍵に一言、何様とか、添えて頂きたかった。 民泊に、泊まるのが、初めてだったので、 主人に、鍵を渡したら、不法侵入になると言われ、この場所でいいと、 確認するまで、１時間以上かかった。

This old house is a great option when exploring the area (Yubara Onsen, pretty Katsuyama, Daisen and beyond) by car. It is very spacious indeed and reasonably comfortable during fall before the turning of the leaves when the weather was warm - I can vividly imagine it will be impossible to heat in winter and to cool in the sweltering summer months. The setting next to the gurgling brook is also very nice, but the garden and yard are unkempt and overgrown - which to some people might just add to the somewhat enchanted charme of this place, where kids may keep themselves busy searching for dust bunnies and asking the parents when the cat bus is stopping by. Something that does make this property stand out is the bargain rate - most of you who can deal with below shortcomings will come to the same verdict: this house is very good value for the money!

I believe this house does not see too many visitors - this may not warrant the effort to weed the garden and the gravel as often, it certainly looked more neglected than the photos. The kitchen is not really well equipped to support a family meal - there is but one tiny pan and one large pot and a shortage of cutlery. The state of the eletric wiring does not allow to run several kitchen appliances - there is indeed a small electric oven and a microwave, too - at the same time. And no worries - you are right in the middle of nature and a cracky old house - plenty of bugs will find there way in past the fly screens.
