Excelente!!

Lugar super agradável, apartamento muito cheiroso, aconchegante. Adriana super cuidadosa em atender nossos pedidos e sempre disponível no whatsapp. Super recomendo para família ou casais. Tem comércio que vende praticamente tudo dentro do próprio condomínio. Clube muito bom, com todo lazer para crianças.

A localização quem coloca é o próprio app e não é tão próximo assim do parque olímpico por exemplo que pelo app dizia dar para ir caminhando. Mas perto de restaurantes, bares, e comércio.

Schönes Schwimmbad aber der Rest war verbesserungswürdig.

Die Lage zum Kongresszentrum und das Areal auf dem sich die Wohnung befand waren gut.

Viel Persönliches und Privates in den Schränken und Kommoden, man wollte sie eigentlich gar nicht öffnen, musste man jedoch um herauszufinden wo die Bettsachen zum Betten überziehen und die Handtücher verteilt waren, es war dadurch unübersichtlich was genau an Bettwäsche, Kissen etc. benutzt werden durfte und was nicht. Überall extrem riechende Raumbedufter und dazu wiederum teilweise schmutzige Kissen. Eine Menge Vorschriften wurden uns allerdings erteilt, Gesundheitszertifikate und Fotos von uns verlangt etc. aber andererseits keine Informationen zum Prozedere erteilt, wie man durch die Sicherheitstore zum Schwimmbad gelangen konnte. So hat es fast drei Tage gedauert, bis wir uns zurecht gefunden hatten. An Schlaf war leider auch kaum zu denken, da die Klimaanlage in dem Raum über dem Schlafzimmer trotz angenehmer Nachttemperaturen dauerhaft am Rattern war, plus lauter Tropfgeräusche des Abwassers der Anlage direkt am Fenster - dafür konnte zwar die Vermieterin nichts, dennoch unschön, ebenso der Hausflur im Gebäude, der wie ein Pumakäfig roch. Seltsam war leider auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Wäre die Lage zum Kongresszentrum nicht so wichtig gewesen, so hätten wir unserem Instinkt vertraut und das Ganze storniert.

Génial !

Résidence au pied de la forêt atlantique, très sécurisée, avec une piscine magnifique de 30 mètres, un sauna, des terrains de sport. Propriétaire très réactive. Appartement très propre et confortable.

Un peu loin du centre quand il y a des embouteillages mais il y a beaucoup à faire dans ce quartier ouest de Rio (randonnées, musée de Pontal, tour en bateau sur la lagune).

Tudo foi perfeito desde do atendimento da Anfitrião ate hospedagem. A resposta rapida sempre que preciso foi incrivel. Adriana é uma anfitrião fora do comum.

Gostei da localização, ambiente onde fica o apartamente é um condominio super bacana. Acesso foi facil e uma anfitrião excepcional. Me sinto em casa porque que preciso estava dentro do apartamento.
