Concierge service was frankly lazy. Lacking: sheets and towels we needed, soaps for cleaning, no garbage bags provided?!? When we discovered a leak in the (shockingly cheap plumbing) of the kitchen sink, they said yeah yeah we’ll be there today… but no, I had to complain again to get them to come out and fix. And why the hell do I have to clean toilets and mop floors before I can check out? I’m on vacation.
