Domek położony jest razem z trzema innymi na ogrodzonej bardzo zadbanej posesji. W domku niczego nie brakuje, jest świetnie wyposażony. Widać już lekkie oznaki użytkowania, ale nie wpływały one na komfort mieszkania. Taras zadaszony. Na tarasie komplet mebli ogrodowych, stół, w pełni wyposażony grill, stojaki na rowery, leżaki oraz jeżyny w gratisie ;-) Można przebywać na zewnątrz nawet w czasie deszczu. Duży plac rekreacyjny dla wszystkich gości. Zarówno duzi jak i mali znajdą coś dla siebie. My mieliśmy rowery, by podjechać na plażę lub na zakupy. Rowerem można również wybrać się do Dziwnowa czy Międzyzdrojów. Okolica cicha, spokojna. Mama właściciela obiektu mieszka w pobliżu w razie potrzeby. Bardzo sympatyczna osoba. Właściciel szybko odpowiada na SMSy. My mieliśmy domek nr 1 (granatowe meble).
