Fantastic location, well appointed apartment with nice views. Susana the host was very warm and welcoming . Would love to stay at this apartment again in the future. Would highly recommend.

No real issues

Good location, close to the beach and within easy distance of lots of bars and restaurants

A bit old fashioned and needed some TLC

The location was really good. The bus station was about a 7-10 min walk. The mall was 10 mins away. Grocery store was a 5 min walk. Beach, restaurants were all within an easy walking distance. Communication with Susana was easy and quick. She always responded quickly. The champaigne and chocolates were a very nice touch.

The walls seemed to be thin as we could hear the neighbours. The cleaners cleaned rooms around 8am and they spoke loudly and moved furniture around quite loudly, which was super frustrating if you wanted to sleep in after 7:30/8am. Smoking is allowed at the property, so often we had to close our balcony door as we didn’t want to smell the neighbours smoke. There is no air conditioning, so if you want air in the bedroom, you have to leave windows open. This means you hear the highway/cars, noise, etc outside the room. Between 8-11pm, there is very loud music from the neighbouring hotel. A dresser drawer was broken and we couldn’t use that drawer, however we didn’t find this out until after the fact.
