L'appartamento è molto ben strutturato, con 2 ampie camere e un bagno confortevole, ben rifinito e silenzioso, a due passi dal centro di Tarquinia raggiungibile a piedi senza prendere la macchina. Ottima la possibilità del posto auto sotto casa. La disponibilità dei proprietari, nel fornire informazioni e consigli.

Die Lage direkt an der alten Stadtmauer ist einzigartig! Privat-Parkplatz direkt im Innenhof, direkt vor dem Eingang, das Einfahrtstor wird in der Nacht versperrt und ist mit Fernbedienung zu öffnen. Das Öffnen der Eingangstür erfolgt mit Code, die Treppe rauf und dann hat man 2 große SZ und einen Wohnbereich mit Esszimmer, Küche und Balkon mit Abendsonne. Neben der Küche geht es ins Bad mit Dusche, WC, Bidet und Waschtisch. Es gibt sowohl eine AirCondition, als auch Heizkörper, die perfekt funktionierten. Die Altstadt ist gleich um die Ecke und es gibt jede Menge Restaurants, Bars in der Nähe.
