Good location can walk to new fortress, old town in less than 10 minutes. Good food and cafe options nearby. Place was modern, with loft style, so probably for young folks. Kitchen was also there with many cutleries oven, and a fridge.
Everything was good but my main concern was parking, it is free next to the apartment BUT it gets used very fast, the nearby business use it to park their commercial cars. If you go out for a drive, you will probably not find a spot anymore. Basically I had to pay EUR 15 per day extra to park my car. Also Bathroom was modern but it started flooding, had to be careful. Thankfully they do provide all the cleaning tools.

Location, modern design, free coffee
Bathroom has low ceiling, and gets very stuffy very quickly as has no windows. Shower enclosure fills with water very quickly and spill out of it while you having a very quick shower.
