Poor experience

We had a terrible experience with this property. We traveled from England to France with our children, booked and paid in full through Booking.com, and arrived late at night. When we entered the code provided, there was no key left at the location as promised. With exhausted kids in the middle of the night, we were forced to find another place to stay in an unfamiliar town. We immediately contacted the host regarding a refund since we never even used the apartment, but we received no response at all. This is completely unacceptable — very unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful. The owner shows no responsibility and no understanding. We strongly warn others: do not book this property unless you want to risk going through the same stressful and disappointing situation.

Overall value for money.

The flat was mostly clean and tidy. . The location was good and fairly easy to find. The flat contained all the amenities which you would expect from a furnished apartment. Cutlery, plates kettle, iron etc. Location is very quiet and residential. Overall a lovely location to stay.

We are 6 guests and there was no duvet for the third living space. The location does not have direct links to most places. You will have to get 2 buses or bus and short train to get to disney, Eiffel tower . Fairly straightforward but just not direct. I could not see any nearby shops/places to eat. Under the bed was very dusty and so are the Air vents and some of the cutlery. The host did not respond to my query until hours before arrival. The host attempted to charge us for a broken radiator which we did not break - this was a major upset for our stay. We would have rated 7 otherwise.

Really lovely, would stay again

Fantastically located, really clean and comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillows for all beds. Communication was great, clear guidance when we arrived on how to access the property.

The apartment is a new build one, in quite neighbourhood. you will have everythings you want for a short visit. You can reach Desinyland buy Uber for 12 euro almost.

The location is good but but there isn't shops and cafés which is close by, the windows need curtains as well

Bij binnenkomst: Badkamer: •rooster dikke laag stof en werkt niet (nadat er gedoucht is, blijft wasem lang hangen) •schimmel aan plafond en tussen voegen, •putje wastafel verstopt (water loopt heel langzaam weg), •kachel werkt niet, •-grote- zeepfles leeg Hal:•Gebruikte wegwerphandschoenen in gang onder kapstok •Bedbank in huiskamer werkt niet; kan niet als bed gebruikt worden, daardoor wordt ‘n 6 persoons appartement, maar ‘n 5 persoons appartement Keuken: •Geen vuilniszak in afvalbak, maar wel wat afval •Geen plastic vuilniszakken voor afvalbakken. •Dikke laag stof op rooster in keuken •Diepvries bakken niet schoon gemaakt •Vieze oude spons op aanrecht •Wasemkap licht rechterkant stuk. Toilet: •Er lag afval in de prullenbak en er was 1 toiletrol voor 6 •WiFi wachtwoord werkt niet •10 minuten van Disneyland af klopt niet, dit bleek langer rijden

Mala experiencia, menos mal que solo era para una noche

La ubicación

El apartamento estaba muy sucio (paredes, sábanas & toallas, utensilios de cocina) y el sofá cama estaba roto, no se abría bien (con lo que 2 de los 6 huéspedes no pudieron usarlo como cama y tuvieron que dormir como pudieron en el sofá cerrado). No proporcionaba suministros básicos como champú & gel de ducha, secador funcional (el que había estaba estropeado), bolsa para tirar la basura, etc.

Apartamento espaçoso, boa cozinha, sala e quartos. O que achei menos funcional foi existir apenas um WC com sanita, e termos que ir a outro WC lavar as mãos.

Muito agradável e oóima localização

O apartamneto tinha uma optima localização, perto dos transportes publicos e era muito fácil navegar. Os hosts foram muito simpáticos em acomodar-nos especialmente na intermediação com o trasfer que pedimos do aeroporto e da Disney.

Penso que existem melhorias a fazer em relação à casa de banho.

El cabecero de la ducha y el techo del baño sucios, y algunos cojines, todo muy básico y una toalla de menos, y sin bolsas de basura. Los anfitriones muy amables, sólo contacto por mensaje, pero tardan en contestar o no contestan.

Petit bémol mais pas bien grave; La chaudière se trouve dans l armoire d'une chambre à coucher et on l'entend un peu la nuit, si on a le sommeil léger

Wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder.

Die Lage ist nah beim Disney Park und Val D'Europe, von wo aus Züge regelmässig nach Paris Zentrum fahren. Aber man braucht ein Auto, um dahin zu kommen. Uber und Taxi ist relativ teuer. Der Shuttle-Service vom Appartment stand für uns nicht zur Verfügung.

Die Kommunikation war mässig - am besten nicht buchen, wenn man kein Französisch spricht. Die Berechnung des Preis richtet sich nach der Anzahl der mitreisenden Personen! Bei mehreren Personen gibt es schönere und günstigere Möglichkeiten.

Je recommande

Le calme de la résidence, l'état général du logement, très bien équipé (machine à laver, réfrigérateur, congélateur...). Il faut prendre un bus puis le RER A pour une station mais le temps de trajet pour aller à Disneyland est court.

La clé se trouvait à 1 arrêt de bus de l'appartement, l'un de nous a du descendre puis marcher 10 minutes pour rejoindre le logement avec les clés, l'attente du bus suivant étant plus long. Il n'y avait pas de papier WC (qui nous a été porté par l’hôte par la suite) et nous aurions apprécié quelques capsules de café (cafetière tassimo). Un aspirateur serait appréciable également pour bien nettoyer au lieu du simple balai.

Este la o distanță de 5 min maxim de stația de autobuz! Este un apartament încăpător, curat, bucătăria utilată cu de toate pentru a pregăti un mic dejun! Market la i distanță de 10 min de mers pe jos! E situat la o distanță de 16 km de Disneyland! Zona liniștită, plină de verdeață, potrivită pentru familii, în special pentru copii mici!

Localização, numa vila simpática a 20 minutos de carro dos parques da Disney Paris. As áreas são razoáveis, sem questão. O apartamento está num edifício moderno simpático também.

O check-in é dececionante! Recebi uma mensagem, no dia de entrada, a indicar como deveria aceder ao apartamento. Pedem para se levantar as chaves a 800 metros do apartamento, num cofre num outro edifício/local. Para quem não tem carro, no nosso caso fomos de Uber do metro para esta Vila, tivemos de ir a pé depois de levantar as chaves a 800 metros, uns 15 minutos com crianças e com malas até ao apartamento. Não faz sentido. Depois pedem no check-out para devolver as chaves no mesmo local, (a 800 metros do apartamento). Naturalmente que não o fizemos e deixámos as chaves dentro do apartamento, informando naturalmente o anfitrião. Uma loucura, pois em principio quem procura este apartamento será para ir à Disneyland e com crianças. Quem não tenha carro, visite a Disney, deslocando-se de Uber, Taxi ou transportes públicos, e com crianças, não recomendo. Esta operação das chaves é super cansativa e incompreensível! O local onde se encontra a sanita (retrete), é à francesa, ou seja, fora da casa de banho, normal. Aqui não temos iluminação normal, neste cubículo encontram uma luz "psicadélica" às cores, tipo discoteca, é muito estranho e desconfortável! Apesar da localização em geral ser boa e vila simpática, o supermercado mais próximo fica a uns 20 minutos, mínimo, a pé do apartamento.

Bel appartement avec de beaux volumes. Bien équipé, propre et confortable. Il est aussi très bien situé pour un tour au centre commercial Val d'Europe et à Disney. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs aux messages et aimables.

Vlakbij Disneyland.

Het stinkt vooral het bed in de 2de kamer ruikt heel erg naar een hond. Appartement was niet schoon. Bad is kapot en er is geen disco wc. Geen wc rolhouder en nog een half rolletje wc papier. Er staat een pan die niet geschikt is voor de inductie kookplaat. Ik heb een bericht hierover gestuurd maar nooit antwoord gekregen.
