Good location but the property needs work ,

There was lots of steps however could not locate the garage keys and messaged host to tell her to so but never got a reply

Couldn’t find garage keys. There was also a horrendous smell coming from the boiler. Lots of wear and tear in the property and damage around the place. There was lots mould in the bathroom very basic

We came for family holiday, accommodation disappointed us , place was not enough cleaned and few other issues , we raise

Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding met alle basisvoorzieningen en een eigen parkeerplaats. Binnen 15 minuten bij Disneyland met de auto, ritje Parijs was ook erg goed te doen.

Взагалі нічого

Вперше я стикаюся з такою формою шахрайства. Коли я зі своєю сім'єю заїхала в ці апартаменти, ми були в повному шоці і у великому розчаруванні. Все було дуже брудне та у жахливому стані. Підлога покрита лінолеумом відклеювалася, надаючи цим можливість пошкодити ноги. Варильна поверхня не працювала, духова шафа була в гарі, що там неможливо і небезпечно готувати, витяжка вкрита товстим і чорним шаром жиру. Всі меблі на межі вимирання, дивани риплять, стільці хитаються, до цього всього дивани в комахах та у бруді, подушки у волоссі. Ванна та душова в грибці, приймати ванні процедури небезпечно і не гігієнічно, стіни в апартаментах начебто в розводах фекалій, фурнітура та двері подекуди розбиті. Але саме небезпечне - це усі майже розетки розбиті, вони повністю випадають, тобто це небезпечне для життя. Через годину після нашого заселення було надіслано повідомлення господареві, на відповідь ми досі чекаємо. І ось яка ситуація виходить, тобто людина взагалі ніяк не застрахована від таких моментів, якщо ти береш апартаменти без скасування бронювання, але потім стикаєшся повністю з невідповідністю. Як взагалі, дані апартаменти могли отримати хорошу оцінку та відгуки, відчуття, що всі коментарі вони самі і писали. Нажаль можу додати 4 фото, але, люди, ні в якому разі не беріть ці апартаменти, це небезпечно і ви не отримуєте ніякої допомоги.

Ganga para visitar paris.

Lo que más me gustó de la ubicación es que además de que entra mucha luz hay doble terraza con un jardín que lo hace todo mucho más ameno. El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo y esta a 5 minutos caminando de la estación y las tiendas y restaurantes. Asimismo esta todo perfectamente señalizado con la anfitriona (Nadia) respondiendo a todo detalladamente. Repetiré!

Los utensilios de la cocina. A pesar de que el micro y el horno estaban bien, quisimos utilizar sartén y olla y no estaban en muy buen estado, pero no representó nada grave.

- Ménage sommaire - Frigo non nettoyé - Température très basse dans le logement (17,8 degrés). Nous avons contacté la propriétaire qui nous a incité à augmenter le thermostat mais rien n’y a fait, la température n’a jamais augmenté - Télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas - Eau de la douche tiède - Fuite au niveau des toilettes - Pas de lumière au plafond - Installation électrique qui fait peur (plusieurs prises arrachées et certaines ne fonctionnent pas) - Capsules de café non adaptées à la machine à café - Vaisselle sale que j’ai dû relaver - État du logement bien différent des photos

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble car nous ne sommes restés à l'appartement que pour s'y laver et y dormir.

Le calme dans le bâtiment où se trouve l'appartement. La situation géographique, près d'un étang avec une vue dégagée. La sympathie de la propriétaire qui a su répondre rapidement à mes questions.

Nous avons eu froid. La fenêtre de la chambre étant ouverte avec odeur de tabac froid à notre arrivée. L'appartement a besoin d'être rénové, notamment la salle de bain et la cuisine.
