Хозяйка. Абсолютно безчеловечная женщина, которая не входит в положение и ставит правила выше человеческих моралий. Человек не знает о существовании человечности, хоть по началу казалась приятным человеком. Квартира хорошая, хозяйка оставила моющее средство для посуды, таблетки для посудомойки и капсулы для стирки. За это ей плюс. Если бы не казус, оценил бы проживание на 9/10, а так 6/10.
