O local é muito bunintinho, a localização muito boa...tv com vários canais e app disponível, ar condicionado silencioso, a cama muito boa, vista linda, ap todo decorado, em geral eh muito bom o local, ótimo não.

Taxa de R$120,00 DE LIMPEZA e o local estava cheio de cabelo, banheiro, quarto chão e parede... sofá cama, totalmente desconfortável.

A localização é sensacional, vista para o mar e a igreja ao lado é linda demais. Apesar do prédio ser antigo, o apto é todo reformado, muito bonito e principalmente limpo!

Precisa de um pouco de manutenção, haviam portas na cozinha com dobradiças quebradas e armário de limpeza estava emperrado. Coisas pequenas, mas precisa arrumar.
