ELIES TINY GLAMPING

The suite apartment itself is nice, but unfortunately, the lack of basic supplies made our two-night stay less comfortable than it should have been. On a positive note, the host was attentive and personally came to show us how to use the Turkish coffee machine, which we appreciated.

There were no basic necessities provided, such as body wash, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, or even sugar. For a stay of only two nights, we had to do extensive shopping just to have the essentials we would normally expect to find in any accommodation. This was particularly frustrating for such a short visit. Additionally, guests are expected to wash dishes and leave the kitchen clean, yet no cleaning supplies are provided to make that possible. What made this more disappointing was that the host only informed us of these arrangements on the day of our arrival, despite our having booked more than a month in advance. This information should have been communicated earlier so guests could plan accordingly. Overall, the apartment has potential, but providing basic supplies and communicating expectations well in advance would significantly improve the guest experience.

The hosts were very warm and welcoming. The food was superb and many home made and even homegrown dishes. Superb cleanliness and style of the rooms. Couldn’t be better !
