Had a hard time getting the access code. Had to call Vert to get it.
The location was incredible. Would have liked directions to the washer/dryer. Place felt a little dated.

Great location. Easy to enter with lockbox. Good communication with hosts. Internet is very good.
Overall it was a good experience and despite my negatives I would stay here again.
Bathroom smells a bit and no shower enclosure so it is very hard to avoid water pooling on the floor and then it needs to be wiped.
The ceiling is "thin" and you can clearly hear guests from other rentals (I assume) walking around above you. It can be annoying if it happens late.
Parking is not included but it can be solved with some minor hassle and almost no hassle if you spend some of the day driving around.
