Very spacious, clean and great location. Requested fans to be provided due to heat forecast and they were supplied by the owner.

El apartamento está muy bien localizado, cerca del Arco de Triumfo y de varias líneas de metro. La zona está muy bien. No obstante, la impresión fue de poca limpieza: p.e. las almohadas olían a sudor, el baño olía mal, etc. No pudimos salir al balcón porqué no estaba limpio. En general, faltaba limpieza profunda de todo el apartamento. Mobiliario más bien viejo y falta de mantenimiento en general.

Great location. Spacious rooms. As a family of four, we felt very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was friendly.
We ran out of toilet paper and asked for a refill. We were told someone was coming to refill it but no one ever came. The weather was cold and the thermostat didn’t work for us (except in the bathroom) even though we tried to follow the instruction video sent by the host. We ended up going to bed wearing our jumpers.

L'emplacement. L'appartement est très bien placé à côté de l'arc de triomphe.
La décoration. Les meubles qui commencent à souffir à l'usage. La récupération des clés pas très sécurisée. Toutes les contraintes de formalités avant le séjour.
Les photos sur le site enjolivent la réalité.
