Beautiful decor, very cozy and a lovely location.
The fire was tricky at times (we have a log burner at home) but that was a minor inconvenience.

Great location. Comfy furniture. Good shower and central heating. Nice facilities. Decorated to a good standard fitting with its vibe as a simple little seaside cottage.
Garden was messy. Wood for the fire was damp and wouldn't light. The lightbulb in the second bedroom didn't work. The cottage was damp and moldy, especially in the bathroom behind the mirror and on the door. The lounge could do with a rug.

Nice little cottage close to the high street of Solva but lovely & quiet by the wooded valley.Easy access to local beaches,St David’s & the coastal path for great walks.
Easy checkin & guest platform for info.
A little dark inside.No hangers/wardrobe space.Uncomfortable sofa!

Location Great
This was self catering so we made our own breakfast. Very clean and pretty inside
Have a small book of instructions re the cottage, heating, hot water, bins etc
The tap water was cold, rang the owner & told where the immersion heater was, cottage was cold, towel rail needs venting in bathroom.
Jug & trays needed in kitchen.
Mirrors needed in bedrooms and small chest in bunk room, wooden box not enough. A small chair in each bedroom would be good. Stairs dangerous for children and those less mobile, perhaps a grab rail at top of stairs would help

The cottage was lovely and the welcome pack of goodies was fabulous! However, a few things in our eyes let it down - we found the settee and arm chair very unfortable! The lounge was dark and felt cold so a rug in the lounge would have made it feel/look more homely and possibly a bit warmer. A mirror in the main bedroom would have been useful and there were no instructions for using the heating or fire or to tell us what to do with recycling rubbish. The kitchen had no dishes for cooking things in the microwave or a washing up bowl and kitchen roll would have been useful.

We had a long drive on the motorway and an accident and arrived late. Central heating was left on and the cottage felt warm. The host had left a goodies bag with local produce, bread, jams, barabrith, milk and eggs which were much appreciated.
It's a well appointed cottage with good quality kitchen equipment, shower, furnishings, bedding, towels and most of the furniture except the settee/chair which was a bit low.
The steep staircase and the last 2 steps could possibly be dangerous for somebody very old or very young.

It was a lovely surprise to have such a lovely and thought basket of goodies waiting for us on arrival. Fresh local milk, bread, eggs and preserves. We really appreciated this! The beds were very comfortable with good quality linen. The whole cottage is done to high spec, we really loved the shower and the kitchen. Its very easy to find, parking is simple and its a great base for exploring this part of Pembrokeshire - we loved it!
Nothing to add here really!

Great location with easy walk to harbour.
Bedroom storage...needs a wardrobe.
No suitable ovenware in the kitchen. Crockery etc. on open top shelf is open to dust accumulation. Decorative jars in kitchen cupboard are not useful. These should be swapped over for the crockery.
