The location is excellent — a beautiful walking area by the water, peaceful and not crowded, with lots of greenery and a great jogging path. There are many restaurants nearby and 24/7 supermarkets downstairs, which is very convenient. The apartment is well equipped with cooking facilities, a washing and drying machine, and ironing equipment. Access to the gym and pool is also a big advantage and helps to stay active and relaxed.

Most issue, I encountered two cockroaches during my stay — one on the floor and one on the kitchen countertop. This is a serious hygiene issue and should be addressed immediately. Cleanliness standards should be higher. The check-in experience was not smooth. Reception could not find my documents, which caused an unnecessary delay before I could access the apartment. There are also maintenance and comfort issues: • The kitchen knife was blunt; adding a knife sharpener would be a simple improvement. • The drying rack is unstable and feels unreliable. • The mattress is very hard and uncomfortable. • The table placement in the center of the room makes movement difficult. • The mirror is too low and would be better positioned higher. The information about the gym and pool location is unclear. It mentions the top floor, but specifying “SP and 35th floor” would make it much easier to navigate.
