    Deeply Disappointing — Not Worth the Price I had high hopes based on the photos online, but this stay turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Almost everything that could go wrong, did. Pest Problem The room had a visible pest issue that made it impossible to feel comfortable or clean. This is a basic hygiene standard no hotel should fall short of. Misleading Photos The room looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. The pictures clearly misrepresent the actual space — what I booked and what I got were two completely different things. Room Requests Completely Ignored I specifically requested a high-floor room away from the elevator — both for noise and privacy reasons. They placed me right next to the elevator on what felt like a lower floor. My request was noted at check-in and still ignored. This shows a lack of basic respect for guests' preferences. Unpleasant Bedding The bed had an unpleasant smell, which made sleeping genuinely uncomfortable. At this price point, fresh and clean linen is the bare minimum expectation. Tiny Bathroom The bathroom was extremely cramped — far smaller than any comparable hotel at this rate. Poor Value for Money Considering all of the above — the pests, the noise from the elevator, the smell, the misleading listing, and the ignored request — the room was nowhere near worth what was charged. I could have had a far better experience elsewhere for the same or less money. I would not return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
