    Having visited over a thousand properties across India, I rarely leave feeling this let down — but this hotel managed it. Location & Transport: The location is practically inaccessible. Unless you’re willing to stand on the road for 30+ minutes hoping for transport, you’re stuck. No convenient options nearby. Parking: Advertised parking exists, but only if you’re driving a small hatchback like an Alto or WagonR. Anything larger and you’re on your own. I ended up parking at DRC for three days at ₹400/day — an unplanned expense the hotel should be upfront about. Amenities: They market themselves as a boutique hotel and spa. I requested both the hotel services and spa — neither was properly arranged. Disappointing for a property that charges a premium on that branding. Food: My sister had lunch here and was not impressed. The quality simply doesn’t match expectations. Facilities: Frequent load shedding was a recurring issue, and one of the water heaters wasn’t working during our stay. Basic infrastructure should be non-negotiable. Cleanliness: The pillows and mattresses were visibly dirty — unacceptable at any price point. The One Bright Spot: The hotel staff genuinely tried their best and were helpful throughout. This review is no reflection on them. The responsibility lies squarely with management, who are clearly failing to deliver on what they’re selling. Would not recommend.

    Although the hotel is a bit away from the main market or mall road (30 min travel by car), but the stay experience is best in town. Visited various places to stay, but the location of this hotel came out to be the perfect. Hence, recommend.

    This hotel is a worst place to stay. The beautiful and serene pictures that you see on their site is totally opposite. Lemme summarise you quickly : 1. They are not spacious at all. 2. The hotel front is not like the way you see it, its very small and compact 3. Their rooms are very small. If you're two persons with 2 Trolleys. Your room is packed. You cant even move properly in your room 4. Value for money : 0.5/10 5. Only good thing, Their food is good. 3. Their rooms are
